Thank you to everyone who has participated in this survey. We will now analyse your feedback and produce a report setting out the key findings. We aim to post this on this website by the end of October 2021.

Our next task will to identify key themes and issues arising from this survey and from our wider engagement work, which has included focus groups with housing residents and staff, outreach to seldom heard housing residents, and major survey of all tenants and leaseholders in the borough, including residents in homes managed by tenant management organisations. This will help us identify what matters most to housing residents, and what needs to improve.

Through October / November 2021 we will also be running some in person and online sessions for housing residents and staff with the support of the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS). These sessions will help us to explore the key themes in more detail, identify the priorities to include in the strategy, and the key actions to deliver them.
